yep been a while since I posted in here something for Rex... cause I exauhsted all his recent highlights in one go...
anyways... this one was in a Vs drawing challange in between him and another dear friend of ours.. the challange spanned to 3 topics... too bad they both got too busy to continue it...
This was one of the topics to draw... Kazuya from the Tekken Fighting game.. both artists did really great.. although they both had some minor errors cause of short time..
Rex's submittion to the challange..
btw I think I am almost getting him here.. he promised me an art submittion soon after his mid terms... wish him luck
This is awsome, I love Tekken, and Kazuya is probably one of my best characters, mwahahahaaaa. I love this, Shows his darker side and lust for power from the devil inside him.

I tried to comment on this several days ago, but DA went into read-only mode, and I lost a whole screed of writing...
I'd said (before it got killed by DA's tantrum) that the wings and their motion were truly amazing, and that the raw power in his physique is just...awesome! I forgot what else I was trying to say at the time, and now I'm speechless once again, cuz it's just so dern cool o_O
Oh yes. I need to mention you need to be GLOMPED for drawing him in a way that doesn't make him look like a creepy old man with too many wrinkles. People need to draw what they SEE, not what they THINK they might see at a stretch, 20 years down the track. The number of times I've seen Kazuya's beauty distorted (especially by wrinkles. Fer krissakes, I wonder when people will notice he doesn't have any, even in Tekken 4!) is tear-jerking. I'm so incredibly relieved you can make him look fearfully dangerous without making him look like Heihachi!
You deserve a for this...and a !

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and =Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Although `DEVlANT joined our community only a year ago, he's made sure to make his mark in as many ways as possible. His inquisitive mind and enthusiastic personality is reflected in every part of the community which he reaches out to. Always eager to bring suggestions and feedback to us in a positive way, `DEVlANT shows a maturity way beyond his years. It's with great pleasure that we award very first Deviousness of 2010 t...
